About PTE
The Pearson Test of English, or PTE Academic, is a fully-computerized international standardized test of English language skills undertaken by students who want to go abroad for studying. It covers modules to assess reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. PTE Academic is trusted and accepted by 3000+ universities and colleges globally, including Oxford University, Macquarie University, and Harvard Business School. The candidate will also be approved for all UK, New Zealand visas, Australian, and immigration purposes to study abroad. We provide PTE classroom coaching and training to improve the skills required to top the test. We guarantee a good score in the PTE test to make the candidates go through a smooth immigration process and get to study abroad.
PTE Results And Score
The PTE exam is a Computer-based test in a secure test center environment with a headset. The PTE exam is two hours long.
Speaking & Writing
Total questions: 28-36 ( 54-67 Minutes )
- Personal Introduction (1 question per task)
- Read aloud (6-7 questions per task)
- Repeat sentence (10-12 questions per task)
- Describe image (3-4 questions per task)
- Re-tell lecture (1-2 questions per task)
- Answer short question (5-6 questions per task)
- Summarize written text – (1-2 questions per task)

Reading
Total questions: 13-18 ( 29-30 Minutes )
- Fill in the blanks –reading & writing (5-6 questions per task)
- Multiple choice, multiple answers (1-2 questions per task)
- Re-order paragraphs (2-3 questions per task)
- Fill in the blanks – reading (4-5 questions per task)
- Multiple choice, single answer (1-2 questions per task)
Listening
Total questions: 12-20 ( 30-43 Minutes )
- Summarize spoken text (1-2 questions per task)
- Multiple choice, multiple answers (1-2 questions per task)
- Fill the blanks (2-3 questions per task)
- Highlight the correct summary (1-2 questions per task)
- Multiple choice, single answers (1-2 questions per task)
- Select missing word (1-2 questions per task)
- Highlight incorrect words (2-3 questions per task)
- Write from dictation (3-4 questions per task)
PTE Results And Score
The results of the PTE test are issued online, usually available within two working days from the date of the test. The result can be accessed from the PTE academic student account. The scores of the exam are valid for a period of two years. If required to give the exam again, there is no limit by Pearson on the number of times to again give the exam. An individual can take the exam with a gap of 5 days.
